Mom’s Hospital Bill

My mother, Noraishah Binte Mohd Nor was admitted to the hospital to remove a bumplike growth size of a fist on her armpit and below her stomach area. It's got to do with her being diabetic apparently. Now that she is discharged, we had a bill of $1700 from Changi General Hospital. The medication will cost a bit more as the wound are still healing. More importantly just wanna pay off this bill. The medication my family can cover. Currently my two sisters and I the Oldest Brother are studying and can't afford to work as this will be my final year. My youngest sister is studying for her N Levels. My other sister and I are studying for our final year. My family isn't rich. A middle income family. Please help. My mother who is supposed to be resting is working double jobs to pay off the bill.
