Mommy Entrepreneur Striving to Succeed!

Who likes to ask for help when trying to be the best mom and role model her children deserve. Not me. I've held my head up for so many years And despite the turmoil, I've managed to educate and better myself for my daughters.

Two years ago, After losing my marriage and my dear mother, rest her soul, I decided to start over and relocate to FLorida where I could finally afford to take my girls on staycations throughout the year, without hopping on a plane. It's been the most difficult challenge one could face as every negative obstacle has slapped me blindsidedly. But I live in Faith and have not given up, and won't give up.

I spent most of my life working in higher education, but in Florida I found it difficult to find a job that would be sufficient enough to support my girls and me. So I decided to get my real estate license and try the life of working by commission only. I've exhausted my savings with that investment and decided to start an Online Marketing business while building my clientele for Real Estate. The costs associated with membership and to hang my license has burned a hole in my wallet and bank account. I work a catering job as well to make ends meet. With the 35-40 hours I put in to train and get leads ($0 pay so far), keep up with the few clients I have for marketing, and 25-30 hours with catering --- while also trying to be a darn good mommy to my daughters, I'm exhausted. Just like my savings and hard earned $$.

I decided to put my pride to the side and ask for help as their father has nothing to do with them and I have no family support. I will not give up with this journey in building an empire for my girls and am full of patent worthy ideas, but need a little help to keep our heads up for the next couple of months, or until I close these deals I'm working on with some buyers.

It takes a lot to raise a family on your own, especially in a state where we knew nobody upon arriving. I took my girls on an adventure from MN to FL with our SUV packed with whatever we could fit in it, and started a new journey together. I'm proving to them that anything is possible and life will throw curve balls at us, but it's how you approach the situations that come before us, which determines the outcome of our goals. They are watching their mommy and she refuses to disappoint them.
