Mommy and special needs daughter needs some help

I'm in need of help as I have medical complex problems. I normally do some little jobs to make it through but I fell quite ill on May 21 and ended up in the ICU, for a week. I had two surgeries while in the hospital. I used up what little savings i had. The drs said I'm very lucky as I was septic and had another infection. Anyways I have a special needs daughter who is my life. I am just trying to get us through for a bit till I get back on my feet. Some of this money is for follow up Dr visits that are out of town. Also for electric bill which I'm. Under the Care program for. If you miss a payment then you go back to your regular bill. My payment is 150. Which is due soon. Please consider helping. Drs said I have at least three weeks before I'm back on my feet.
