Mommy and baby hit by drunk driver!

July 19, 2017 was the scariest night of my life. As my two year old daughter and I drove home from visiting her grandparents, we were hit by a drunk driver injuring us both and totaling our car. I immediately called my husband and her father who was on his way home after 2 weeks of working on the Detwiler fire. We were rushed to our local hospital and from there to the trauma center at Valley Children's. We have physically recovered although her and I both have anxiety when driving. After 3 months, we still have no financial resolution to the matter. The driver fled the scene and his passenger claims to be the driver who has no drivers license. I have not yet been able to get a new car due to floods of medical bills causing our savings to quickly diminish. I am a teacher and my husband is still working on the California wildfires. We are in need of assistance to put a down payment on a new vehicle. Please help!
