Mom of 5 with giant knee tumor needs help to walk again

I am Riza Almendral, 28 years old and a mother of 5. I was diagnosed with Giant Cell Tumor in my knee and I am suffering from this condition for nearly 3 years now, which makes it hard for me to even take care of my kids. I was advised to undergo operation 3 years ago when the tumor is not this big yet but because of lack of money, the operation was not made possible. Me and my husband were both unemployed and we're making profits out of selling cooked foods outside our house. With the help of good friends and relatives, I was brought to the Philippine General Hospital and I was told that operation is needed as soon as possible. However, the amount of money needed for the operation is huge that I can't even think where to get it. I am humbly asking for your good heart to help me get the operation needed to remove the tumor and help me walk again. I miss walking my kids to school and take care of them. I believe that there is still a bright future ahead of me and my family.
