Mom & Dad’s Retirement Home

My parent have retired and moved down to the coast to build their dream home. However, after incurring various hidden costs concerning registrations and drafting fees for the home before they could even start building, most of their funds have dried up. They also have reocurring medical expenses; My dad worked in the mines for most of his life and his lungs got damaged by the poor conditions, and my mother had a surgery for a brain aneurysm a few years back and needs to take medication to control her blood pressure.

I would like to help them finish the home to thank them, at least in a small way, for raising me and loving me and always giving me everything I ever desired.
