Moira’s SVT Heart Procedure

Moira is an 18 year old girl who has a very rare disease of Supra Ventricular Tachycardia, a heart disease caused by an electrical problem. Supra Ventricular Tachycardia or SVT is most commonly due to a loop of electrical current in the heart, which as it loops, causes the heart to beat quickly as fast as 200 beats per minute or more.

This was her third life, her first severe attack happened when she was a year old, where her heart nearly failed. Her second was just last week,which her heart rate, rose to 185 beats per minute for 3 days. Her frequency of attacks for more than 24 hours is very life threatening. The only way she could be treated is for her to undergo Radio Frequency Ablation Technique, a medical procedure where part of the electrical conduction system of the heart, tumor or other dysfunctional tissue ablated using the heat generated from the high frequency alternating current to treat a medical procedure. This procedure is quite huge in amount that we find it difficult to raise for we are just a simple family who have just enough for a living and are not well-off.

It is for this cause that I fervently ask for your help in whatever amount you could extend for the needed procedure of my daughter. Your help would mean much not only to me but to whole being of my child who deserves to enjoy a normal life just like everyone else.
