Hello, my name is Jose Prado as mentioned above, I am 44 years old and a part time mail carrier for the (USPS) I live in NJ with my beautiful wife Karla and my stepson Adrian soon to be a college freshman. After my Carpal Tunnel surgery a few years ago my hands have not been the same when performing some activities when it comes to heavy lifting. My ultimate goal in life is to be a home owner and be able to provide a roof for me and my family. I have been looking at properties in NJ,either land or homes but as everybody knows is all very expensive at least for a guy with a part time job.

This is my plan try to acquire some cheap land in central NJ with some donation money and buy it for cheap. ARCH CABINS www.archedcabins.com which in my view is one of the more affordable way to live and by the way...made here in America. I have over the past 4 years, managed to save about 4,000 dollars all together is not a lot of money these days but it is difficult to obtain by saving a bit here and there out of what is left over after paying bills and we need some help please. We have come this far over a 4 year period. For us a home of our own would mean an end to having to rent places and having to move on all the time due to the owner's wanting to sell their investment properties. We can't keep doing this as we get older. There will come a day when we just won't be able to shift on at all. Helping us over that line into home ownership would mean peace of mind for us in so many ways.
