Modern Old Age Home In Nepal

I am Sumesh from Kathmandu Nepal.I was born in a Joint family with lots of people all around me so i never knew the value of family.I moved to New Zealand for my higher studies and currently living here.I worked in a health care industry in New Zealand for 1 year and have developed adequate knowledge and skills to run a successful Retirement village in Nepal.

Nepal is a developing country the poverty rate is very high compared to other country.Due to the recent earthquake it has caused a massive damage in life of people.Many people have become homeless and lost their family and loved once.Now in term of old age home there are very few in Nepal and most of them are owned by government who is unable to provide proper facility to the people. No proper food , no sanitation , no healthcare ,no means of entertainment nothing at all they have just got a poor daily food and a cold bricked room to live in.

I have saved some money from my side that i will invest on this project.This is not a non profit organization i will be running this organization as if my own parents are living there.I have planned a modern retirement village for people of Nepal .I will buy a big plot of land build a modern houses with a capacity to hold minimum 500 people , provide them with modern facilities , proper entertainment methods , travels , proper and modern medical attention , regular health check up and more over i will provide them the family environment that they missing the most.
