Model European Union Strasbourg: Support young ambassadors for the European Elections!

Do you want young Europeans to learn about the EU decision making process and educate them before the election in May? Maybe you have participated in a youth project like MEUS and know how rewarding it is? Now you can be part of this again!

Bringing Europeans Together Association France is apolitically independent, non-profit youth organisation patroning Model European Union Strasbourg 2019. Model European Union Strasbourg is a unique youth project that gathers students interested in EU policy and brings them to the European Parliament in Strasbourg to simulate the EU decision-making process and deepen their understanding of the EU institutions.

Our team of almost 70 volunteers cooperates with European institutions, Members of the European Parliament, NGOs and universities in 40 different countries. We aim to create a high-quality event with a great impact and to attract ambitious applicants wishing to grow their expertise on EU policies.

2019 is a special year for all of us: the year of the European Election. That is why, besides having our conference in Strasbourg, we are also having events supported by the European Parliament and its campaign "This Time I’m Voting", through our project "EUr vote matters!".

Therefore, one of the "EUr vote matters!" actions will take place during the MEUS week - this way, MEUS 2019 dedicates a special event related to the European elections that promotes electoral participation among European citizens. Thanks to this partnership, MEUS 2019 will have the opportunity to be an authentic, thriving simulation that matches with EU citizens expectations by dealing with current issues.
