Mobile me

I have had 9 strokes and I find it hard to get around. I need a mobile scooter and Van moderfied to fit the scooter so I can get around and do things so I have a better quality of life.

I can’t do the housework so I have a lady come over once a week to do this but I need someone to come more often than that.

I can shower myself but this is getting harder to do as my foot won’t lift up. They call it FOOT DROP.

At the moment I have an infection in my stomach which I have the Nurse come over everyday to change the bandages.

I have only one friend that I take shopping every Saturday. As she has no car I pick her up and we go together. But this is getting harder to do as my mobility is getting harder to do as I tire easily. I use the stores mobile scooter to do my shopping in. This is a great help as the basket fits all of my shopping in.

My memory is getting worse as I forget things at a blink of an eye so to speak.

I drop things often and I find it hard to pick up the pieces. If I drop a glass I can’t pick it up as I am on Warfren a blood thinner and I can’t afford to cut myself.

I need to be able to get out and about instead of sitting and watching TV everyday. I need a better quality of life than this.

I can’t walk the dogs as they pull to much on the leach.
