Campaign Story
Hi, my name is Francois le Roux. I am from South Africa, currently studying Mechanical Engineering. I have been accepted into an exchange program at MIT, and will be doing my studies there next year.
My bursary unfortunately does not cover accommodation or travel costs, and due to the poor exchange rate it is extremely expensive for me to go there. I require $27 000 just to be able to enter the country, as that is one of the requirements to be eligible for a student Visa. However, that is just covering the basics of my costs, as Boston is extremely expensive.
