Campaign Story
Mission Discovery is a 5-day STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) course where the students objective over the week is to design an experiment for the betterment of humanity to be conducted in zero G. Over the 5 days students work alongside NASA astronauts and scientists from some of the worlds leading Universities to do something incredible. Over the week they also learn NASA leadership and team working skills /tactics as well as improve their public speaking skills and interpersonal development.
On the final day we have a huge competition, choose a winning design, and then actually launch that design to the International Space Station to be conducted by astronauts, as the students on Earth below can watch at home or at school!
This is a unique opportunity to give students from across Singapore the chance to learn from some incredibly inspirational people, which motivates and captivates the students by instilling the NASA "never give up" mantra into them and that no matter how big their dreams, they can achieve them.
Every sponsor will also be entered in a prize draw to attend a private dinner with the NASA Astronauts when they are in Singapore!
Thank you for your kind support in making this a reality for underprivileged students across Singapore.
