Mission Costa Rica

Thank you for taking time to read our mission. My daughter is a 17 year old ambitious young woman that wants to make a difference in our world. She is going to be a senior in high school this year and instead of her asking to go to Florida, or Cancun, her senior trip request is  to work and do a mission trip. We found a company that allows me to use my skills as a registered nurse and also use her in fruitful ways. The best fit for us is Costa Rica. The cost is $2700/per person, not including airfare. We are working hard, making crafts, selling candy, working with home parties that donate and doing as many fundraisers we can handle. Sometimes all our hard work may still have us come up short, so we are now starting this page to keep everyone informed or our successes, our needs, and share our experiences with all that are gracious enough to help us. We believe we can make a difference in the world and I am very proud of my daughter that she is wanting to spend her "fun" time to want to help others. I beleive the rewards she will gain from this trip will be a monumental moment in her young life that will carry her to greater things in her life. Not to mention the impact it will have this being shared between a mother and daughter.
