Everything begins with you, the supporters of the Miss South Texas Scholarship Organization. Individuals and businesses have a great opportunity to help our local contestants and titleholders prepare for a better future through furthering their education. Through generous monetary donations, supporters provide scholarship funding for the contestants of the Miss South Texas/Miss Southwest Texas Pageant.
Representation of South Texas is a goal of these young women. They participate in phases of competition including: private interview on their personal platform, physical fitness, on-stage question, talent, and evening gown. While a goal of theirs is to represent the South Texas area, these women also want to make beneficial changes in the greater state of Texas and around our country; hopefully leading to a Miss Texas and Miss America title.
Supporters lending a hand to our organization will be publicly announced at the Miss South Texas/Miss Southwest Texas Pageant. We want to do everything possible to let the public know which companies and individuals are supporting our organization. If, however, you would like to remain anonymous, we will certainly honor that request.
