£87.00raised of £10,000.00 goal
Every child and young person has a right to education... We are often outraged when this is denied, especially to girls. In Pakistan female students have to be escorted in order to gain access to school. When transport is limited (in this case to one car) the journeys required are multiple and particularly difficult in extremes of temperature. The founder of the orphanage, Father Ejaz, from where many of the girls come is willing to sell his own car to raise funds. The minibus proposed can be acquired for £15000, and his car is worth £5000.
Please help us raise the £10000 needed for the minibus which will make it possible for the girls and boys to attend school with some ease, in this under privileged community.
Educating children, especially the girls, ensures a better future for all. Some of the girls have already done very well, but others are being hampered by the lack of transport. Every day lost is an opportunity lost...
