No work. Help Mini Van starting business

Hello to all good people in the world. I am a 30 year old man living in Bosnia and Croatia. Many of you remember war in my country. During that war I was only 3 years old and my family escaped from the war (Sarajevo) but my father stayed and protect his house for 4 years.It was hard time for us. My mom used to bake us bread so she would save 1$ a day.But my family never quietted. I have mother, father and 2 brothers. My older brother left to Germany to work to support his family. I am getting married this year. I would like to have my family ( I love children).But to have family, I have to provide them food. I will live with my wife and my parents (because I do not want leave my parents alone on their own). My family and my plan for this year were great and we were hoping to have a nice business year. But covid-19 situation happens and now nobody of us is working. My future wife is not working too ( she was teacher at kindergarten). But I do not quit very easy. I would like to start my business with small van transportation in Croatia (country next to mine, only 20min drive), because in Bosnia is to many corruption and paperwork to open anything. With this I will be doing airport transfers, excursions of people...I am selling my car so I can buy mini van. I can not buy a car that is old because people need to be safe during the ride ( and by the law of safety of passengers car can not be too old). Maybe one day I will be driving you. I enjoy driving and talking to people. I speak Croatian, English, Italian and German language.
