Military Homecomming!

Homecoming! Hi, I am active duty military stationed overseas without my family. I am going to be away for 12 months this time. But I have the opportunity to visit home half way through. The problem is I have to pay for the ticket. I would love to be able to visit home but I am having a hard time raising the money needed to purchase my plane ticket. I wish I could be home for the holidays but I will not be able to raise the money in time. I was looking for ideas when I came across this site. I don't feel right asking for help but I guess I need to get over my pride and be willing to accept help if its available. I hate a hand out and promise to pay it forward. Thank you in advance for any help.   My Family. I have been married to my beautiful wife for 12 years. We have three amazing little girls 12, 10 and 6. I miss them terribly and can't wait to see them all again. Military life has be wonderful for my family. We love serving our Country and I can't see me doing anything else. The repeated seprations are difficult and getting the chance to visit would be a real blessing. I have missed the last two birthdays of both my 10 and 6 year old. I have never been home on my youngest first day of school and I have not been with my wife to celebrate an anniversary in two years. I hate the missed holidays, birthdays, milestones, softball games, and school programs. I know this is just the bad with the good. We are a strong family and we will make it through this again but it would be a real blessing to get to visit home. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for considering my fund raising.
