Military couple and Lyme disease

Good Morning,

I am here to tell you a little bit about why we are trying to fundraise money for our wedding, but first let me tell you a little bit about us!

Bryson and I first met at a party for one of our mutual friends. About a year and a half past before we started dating. We have been together now for just about a year and a half. Things have not been so easy for us though. Bryson is currently in the Army and stationed in Arizona. Last June he was sent off to basic roughly 6 months after being together. The separation on us has not been easy, but we have made it work. The funny thing Bryson is only 2 weeks only then I am, and we graduated from the same high school, but never really ran into eachother as I was a grade ahead of him.

I know most people are probably thinking we are too young to get married. I have heard that a lot. Well here is the reason why we are wanting to get married so soon. When Bryson first went into the army we wanted to wait to get married until he was done with his 3 year contract. Unfortunately some things have changed. Bryson may now be shipping out in October. This is a very scary thought for me, so we have both decided that we want to be married before/if he is to leave in october. We talked about doing a courthouse wedding, but we opted not to do so as we wanted to have our big day with all of our family and friends. We are looking to raise as much money as we can, as this is going to be such a quick planning period for the wedding.

Here's there really cool thing! Bryson and I have decided that any and all extra funds that come in from this fundraiser are going to go to one of my really good friends. Her name is Bryce.

Now Bryce has something not very many people get. Bryce has Lyme disease. At times she is not able to walk or even get out of bed. She can be stuck in a wheelchair for months. She goes into the hospital and does not come out for days or even weeks. We would like to help with some of her medical bills, and care at home.

Bryce and I used to ride horses together on a daily basis, but now she is no longer able to be anywhere near a horse. We would really like to help her be able to get back to doing what she loves to do best! Which is being outside and being with horses.

We would love it if you could help not only us, but Bryce too.
