Raising a million rand for Sinakekele Children! A babies and children's home in Verulam in desperate need of assistance. Fencing to prevent land invasions, solar to relieve the pressure of the rising costs of utilities and general running costs are the main and immediate needs.
The home takes babies from the most horrific of circumstances and gives them a chance at a future, either by adoption, fostering or reunification with family where possible.
Stuart Armit #MilesforaMillion is aiming to raise a million rand for the home, by taking on a grueling 50 miler trail race through the Karkloof in Kwa Zulu Natal.. and for the race to be completed in 18 hours!
He has been passionately dedicated and involved with the home for 16 years.
