Campaign Story
Beer brings people together. Dustin and Hannah Strong are asking you to join them in building Otium Brewing in Miles City, MT!
Otium: leisure time in which a person can enjoy eating, playing, resting, contemplation, and academic endeavors.
Most people would agree that it is all too easy to fall prey to the busyness of life, leaving many of us fraught with discontent and anxiety. Otium Brewing believes these feelings can be countered by choosing community over self and locally crafted products over the efficiency of commercialism. Otium will be a place where a culture of authentic rest is strongly advocated for through the sharing of well-crafted beer with family and friends, both old and new. Miles City, and arguably the entire country, is thirsty for a reason to slow down, enjoy the company of others, and, for a time, feel as if all is right in this world. Otium Brewing will quench this thirst with a brewery taproom that beckons people to come back again and again for exceptional beer and fellowship.
