Migrating Birds

Migrating birds is a way for human collaborations, helping the increasing number of migrated individuals and families, specifically those who have drifted away from their homes because of war and crisis. Some of them are still on their migratory path and some of them are trying to build a home somewhere on the way. As some governments are not so great in helping refugees or do not yet have a developed framework to handle refugees, we want to emphasise and highlight the simple person-to-person help that anyone can provide at anytime without any political or governmental complications. We all want to help, although sometimes the process to give help becomes more and more complicated and we don’t know where and how to start. This association is a way to give any help, anytime, anywhere. A way to empower and enable every single urge to give help.The only thing you need to do here is to say ’I want to help’ and we will show you where and how to start. We try to connect people, make them communicate their needs and connect their helping hands to those who need them. In just under a week, a few friends and I are setting off on a cycling journey from London to Paris. We are starting on Thursday the 28th when the sun rises (literally) at 545am and will continue riding until we and our butts, thighs can’t any longer. Our first stop is Newhaven, where we’re taking the ferry to Dieppe. We are continuing on the following day to Beauvais and from there to Paris - just under 200 miles in total. The training hasn’t exactly been easy; I seem to have chronic pain in my thighs which makes me think that I probably don’t know how to cycle properly. ;) Having said that, I wouldn’t want to live any other way. Cycling is my new religion! :)
