Mid Life Crisis at 40

I am 40 year old guy (with jobs) having 1 daughter and soon to have another baby boy. I come from Poor family background where there is no family funds or sponsors throughout my life. (though I hope I have like normal parents do take care of the child). So I work to manage the family but often at work I was descreminated for speaking our and having my own opinion.

Now that I am 40, with many debts around with banks, and a hopeless job, I feel like I cant provide the best for my Family,. In a drastic measure I have decided to write this and ask for your help to straighten up our life!.
