This is my brother - Michael Eric Catubag.

He had surgery 3 years ago due to pancreatitis. He is admitted now for the 4th time because of severe pancreatitis and complications. He developed pseudocyst and pseudoaneurysm. He is bleeding and in pain.

1st Operation - 28 July 2020. The doctors were able to manage the bleeding. They inserted 4 'coils' which costs Php 50,000 each to cover the pseudoaneurysm and stop it from further bleeding. It was technically successful.

2nd Operation is scheduled on Friday, July 31, 2020. They need to drain the fluid inside the pseudocsyt which causes the pain.

We received financial support from family, relatives, and friends and we have exhausted our resources. It was enough to cover the downpayment of the first operation. For the second operation - the challenge is the hospital requires Php 150,000 deposit and Php 30,000 for the materials to proceed with the operation.. If we won't be able to pay these, they will not proceed with the procedure. Our existing hospital bill - net of all the deposits already paid is around Php 100,000.

I am humbly asking for your help. We pray that all these will be over soon. Michael wants to go home already as he misses his 6month old son so much.

There is no donation too big or too small – any donation would go a long way towards his healing.

Thank you so much!
