Michael Allen Weatherford Memorial

My name is Wendy.  My son was killed by a drunk driver on his 21st birthday. The man who killed him only received 10 months in jail and 6 years probation but was deported without having to serve the probation or pay the restitution.  I have been denied for victim compensation and have been sued by the funeral home because I couldn't afford to pay. I'm on disability. Please help me. Mikey Allen Weatherford chose to walk instead of getting behind the wheel after celebrating his 21st birthday. The man was ordered to pay for the funeral costs but they deported him instead. Mikey was a fun outgoing kid who loved life.I have lost two children in 12 years and am suffering deeply.
