Mica’s Top Surgery

Hi everyone,

For those of you who don't know me, my name is Mica and I'm a trans guy from South Africa. I'm hoping to get top surgery sometime soon, but it's expensive and I don't know how I'm doing to afford it - insurance won't cover it, and I don't have enough income to pay for it by myself any time soon.

This really sucks because getting top surgery as soon as possible is very important to me; it would really help me be more comfortable in my body and massively improve my mental health. I'll finally be able to shower and look in the mirror without wanting to die, wear t-shirts without constantly worrying about whether my chest is visible, go swimming shirtless like a normal guy etc. Unfortunately, being happy costs a shit ton of money, so it would mean a lot to me if you could help me achieve this!
