Help a fallen ER Nurse get back on duty

Hi everyone! It's me Micah a 35 year old male knocking on the footsteps of your hearts. Before anything else I'm going to share some a little history about me. For the last 14 years I have worked as an Emergency Nurse in various countries. Since I graduated last 2006, my whole life was dedicated to work especially in Emergency Room/Department. Everything was fast pacing that for the last 14 years I forgot to guard my own health.

Recently I was rushed in the Emergency Room to where I used to work before due to extreme abdominal pain and later was diagnosed with Pneumoperitoneum probably secondary to ruptured diverticulitis. So I was advised to be admitted for further evaluation and management. The pain went from terrible to unimaginable scale level of pain that the doctors have to induced me to sleep in order for me to forget the pain. Day after I was admitted I was brought to OR table for emergency operation.

7 kinds of procedures was done that afternoon.

1. Exploratory Laparotomy, 2. Enterolysis, 3. Sigmoidectomy (Hartmann's Procedure), 4. Appendectomy, 5. Omentectomy, 6. JP Drain Insertion and 7. Colostomy

Right now I am now recovering in our home post surgery but I was advised by my surgeon to have another surgery after 3 months so that they will remove my colostomy and rejoin again my colon.
