Mianel du Plooy

I was born 8 years ago not knowing what life experiences will come my way.  Not in a million years I would have thought that I will be granted the honour of representing my country in a contest for modelling, beauty and Talent! 

For me this opportunity is not only a change to win a title and to travel the world,  for me it is a opportunity to show other kids my age, younger, older and even adults, that to never stop believing in yourself, and that anything can be achieved if you work hard for It! I have a lot of people who helped me to reached my achievements and who reminds me time and again of what I can be greatfull about, one of those people is my modelling Coach!  She teaches me that with heart and hard work anything can be achieved! 

I was handed the opportunity to represent my country and even though I might not have the same experience as a lot of the models I will be competing against, being young in the modelling industry,  I do have the heart of a lion and are working very hard in realizing my Dream!  Lots of money needs to be raised in order for me to live my dream, but with the help of anyone that is willing to help it can be done.
