We are Smackason's, makers of Caribbean Style Pepper Sauces and spice blends (www.smackason.com). We have been in business for 18 months and have won awards for our food creations and unique sauces in the Caribbean category. We need additional funding for inventory, and equipment for the two day event hosted by the Food Network November 7-8, 2014. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity for our business with an projected 20,000 patrons scheduled to attend.
