Support for Meredith Groves & Family
UPDATE:
It is with deep sadness we update that Meredith Groves, beautiful wife of Michael Groves and the mother of two boys, Noah and Quinn, passed away Sunday after a valiant and long fight against cancer.
The service will be Thursday, December 15, 2016 at:
Christ Fellowship
9905 Southern Blvd
Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411
Michael and family are so grateful for the tremendous outpouring of love and support they have received from the community. Thank you all very much for your generosity and kindness.
Meredith was diagnosed with colon cancer a little over two years ago, and while she has been able to manage and overcome the disease for so long, the time has come where it is no longer manageable. The Groves Family is in need of some financial support during an extremely difficult time that no family should have to endure. Mike has been by her side for the last several weeks, as her primary care taker at home and now as she lies in the hospital with no further treatment options. She is being kept comfortable and is holding on for now.
As you can imagine, the financial burden is more than any average working family can afford with all the treatments and fighting this disease. Mike's job has thankfully been very compassionate about time off, but the family is struggling with this tremendous burden. Please, if you can, donate any amount. Any little bit helps to pay the medical bills, feed the children, and maintain the household as best as possible.
Meredith is a miracle in her own right, and has outlasted the amount of time doctors had given her. As her community of friends and family, it's up to us to do as much as we can to support and help the Groves family and those two beautiful boys. Please give a little or a lot, whatever you can to help in this dire time of need. Thank you all so much. It means a lot to Mike and the kids. Most importantly for Meredith to know that her family will be okay for now with the help of her loving group of friends, as she would have done for any of her friends in need.
In addition to a financial donation, we're asking for all your prayers and positive energy for Meredith's peaceful journey and transition. Much love to all of you from the Groves family.

Met you for the 1st time 2 months ago in Suwannee and could feel both your sweetness and pain. While I am glad your pain is gone I'm sure your sweetness will forever be a part of those who knew and loved you. Wishing I had met you sooner or gotten to know you better. My heart goes out to your family and I wish them healing and good memories.......
