Mentorship program for Professionalism in Software Development

Software development is one of the most rewarding activities from the financial perspective, but it's also very demanding and difficult to master. In the last decade, as long as new technologies, tools, and programming languages have emerged, making software development to seems much easier to deal with, a lot of people changed their profession and became software developers without having, in most of the cases, a solid background in this knowledge area. Almost everybody is focusing today only on technologies and tools, without trying to understand how things are really working.

This is the background of my initiative to mentor software developers by blog's posts, courses, coaching in order to help them to improve their knowledge and become real professionals.
