MentorSearch Zambia

MentorSearch Zambia is a life improvement project aimed at providing leadership and direction for young citizens through local mentorship relationships. It is inspired by the tragic loss of potential in many vibrant youths who engage in harmful vices due to unemployment and lack of guidance. We have identified that the absence of a deliberate mentorship program contributes to the scourge of alcohol and drug abuse, violent gangs and other youth-driven ills of society. Our goal is to enroll young Zambians onto a platform where they will be matched with role models and local success icons for mentorship. This way the youths will be matched with influential people to keep them focused on constructive issues and make them accountable for their actions. A productive citizen offers meaningful contribution to the development of the country.
