Mental Health Services for low income families

I'm in the process of building this website so that lower income families with no insurance can search for low cost sliding scale counseling services in their neighborhood.  Much of this information is available online, but there is not one centralized location so that is what I am working on developing.  My goal is to create this database so that all of the information is on one website.  I'm starting out with the Chicago and Bolingbrook area and will fan out after that.  I would like to have a website where one can put in a zip code and eligible services in that area will pop up, but a roadblock I have not anticipated is that the programming required to have a database that would search zip code area is not easy to create and would require my hiring a programmer at the price of my fundraising goal.

I would appreciate any help in this matter.  I am a high school counselor in a low income area and students and their families are always looking for counseling services, but give up easily after discovering how difficult it is to locate affordable help.  Still, most of my families are connected to the Internet and would find this website idea helpful.
