Mental health from attempted murder stopped my growth

After my ex husband tried to kill me so now I have PTSD, depression, anxiety, herniated disc due to assault, and have a hard time focusing and living a normal life. The waiting period is over and I'm on disability now and trying to keep up with my rent, light bill etc, seems like everything is going up on my budget small monthly budget. I'm in debt 19,000 and this makes my depression worse. Please help me get out of this bind. I have any documents proving my illnesses and ssdi payments if needed. Your help would change my life because I would be able to focus more on health and not stressing day and night on how to pay pass bills and budget to life comfortably after pass due bills are paid.
