Mental health is everyone's concern and Mental Health Europe's mission is to have the voice of people living with mental ill health heard across Europe and beyond.
Mental health problems are more common than we think, and each of us can be part of the solution in changing minds and ending stigma and discrimination against people living with mental ill health.
You can help us spread the word about positive mental health, misconceptions about mental health problems and saying no stigma by supporting our team of runners for the 2017 Edition of the Brussels 20KM.
On May 28th, MHE will bring together again a team of runners for the Brussels 20 KM to raise awareness of mental health issues and support our awareness raising campaign Each of Us. This year we are teaming up with the Brussels Platform for Mental Health to become an even bigger team of 250 + runners!
This year, we count on your support to help us give a new impetus to our anti stigma and awareness raising campaign Each of Us www.eachofus.eu
With the collected funds, we aim at:
- Improving the Each of Us campaign's website www.eachofus.eu
- Developing more material to support our message and reach out to a larger public
- Creating an awareness raising video about mental health stigma with the help of professionals
- Organising trainings on mental health across Europe
Every donation will support the advocacy work of Mental Health Europe.
