RAISING FUNDS FOR LEGAL ACTION AGAINST JAY HOAG, NETFLIX & others.

I HAVE MANGED TO FIND A LARGE PART OF THE FUNDING, SO WOULD ONLY REQUIRE UP TO $10000. IF WE WIN YOU CAN HAVE YOUR MONEY BACK OR DONATED TO A CHARITY

My screenplay about the onset of menopause and discovering a lump in my breast was submitted to the WildSound Film Festival in Vancouver, Canada. After a very good response from the Festival the communication went silent. For many years I was promoting my screenplay until a very kind person was brave enough to tell me that Susan Seidelman had in fact made such a film. That's when my investigation started.

In about April/May 2020 I discovered that Lauri Kraus Lacob had put out some news releases in 2013 (after the film was produced) about her and her friends from Woodside, California's involvement in raising money for the film. ** note

Although Brooke Shields was sent an email via her agent I received no reply.

In September 2020 I sent Netflix a complaint form believing that they would be honest enough to tell me who supplied them with the film. I then discovered a company called Knights Capital 111,LLC , turns out the company belongs to Netflix director Jay Hoag and his wife Mikey Hoag. **Turns out Laurie Lacob is best friends with the Hoag's yet Lacob never mentions that the Hoag's were the biggest investor and that Jay Hoag controlled the production of the film.

In summary: Jay Hoag intercepted the screenplay via the winery in Vancouver, Canada, ( a winery that just so happened to have created a wine called Hot Flash ) after the submission of my screenplay to the WildSound Film Festival. This same wine, just so happened to be shipped from Canada to the after (production) party in Louisiana,USA. Brooke Shields then does a seemingly cheap gig for the wine company and click bait for TripAdvisor which Jay Hoag is also a director of.

The one person who knew about the production schedule and the wine was Jay Hoag, yet again they tried to spin the story via a news release about a mystery person who told Brooke Shields about the wine.

I have sent Jay Hoag & Netflix a letter of demand and Netflix replied they didn't know who Knights Capital 111, LLC was and it (Netflix) was not involved in the production and didn't know its director was producing a film that was flipped to a third party and then to Netflix.

I am now forced to take this matter to the US courts and that's why I need your support.

If Jay Hoag is man enough to settle for his part in the gross and willful copyright infringement violation I wouldn't need your help and support.
