Campaign Story
In the last few weeks of his life Dave recieved wonderful care at Beechwood Nursing Home in Rowlands Castle, Hampshire. One of his good friend's lasting memories of Dave is of sitting with him in the garden at Beechwwod on a sunny Sunday morning chatting about life ... just a few days before Dave passed away.
In appreciation and recognition of the magnificent care David received we would like any donations anyone might wish to make in memory of Dave to go towards the purchase of a bench bearing a plaque with David's name on to be situated in the garden at Beechwood ... so that others may enjoy sitting in the garden there in the sunshine also.
We think that Dave would approve, his comments would probably be to the effect of "everyone always sat on me anyway", in typical grumpy old man style
