Meme’s Designer Jewelry Business

I've wanted to have a home business for years now.  A way to supliment my income and better my lifestyle.  I met the man I will start my family with earlier this year.  I have problems with infertility so we are wanting to start as soon as possible. 

To do so we need to fund a wedding, a new home, fertility treatments, and hopefully a new baby.  Please help me start my new home business, so that I can grow my family.
