Melicious Gourmet Back Up and Running

Melicious Gourmet are a small Western Australian Family/Husband and Wife team Business who have strived at bringing the very best of locally made fresh ingredients and flavours to many community events. Mel and Con along with their children travel far to cover so many West Australian Community events and have people raving about their scrumptious food days after they have left town including Mel's very famous sauces and condiments, the loaded fries, Con's smoked meats and so much more!!

They cook onsite and do a range of smoked meats on their custom BBQ smokers which create a great atmosphere for the customers. Mel's talent for her rubs and sauces add that special touch that keep their customers licking their fingers and asking for more!!

Devastatingly this long weekend, after having some R&R with their children on a weekend working away they came back to find their entire earnings and dreams in a blackened burnt down wreck. All of their hard earned dollars, time, love, sweat and tears all burnt to a crisp!! Non of which was insured due to being run off their feet trying to hit the road to make ends meet :(

Items lost include tables, gazebo, deep fryer, both hot and cold bain maries, bins, jerrycans and so so much more including time lost over the next month trying to rebuild!

I ask all my fellow BBQ lovers to please donate to some really beautiful kind hearted peeps who sincerely do love and breathe BBQ to dig deep and help these guys out! So many throw the term "Love of BBQ" around without meaning, I think it means community and a community digs deep and helps fellow peeps when times are Fu@kn tuff!!
