Meditation Room repairs in Eshowe

A non-profit Community Based Organisation (CBO) in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN), South Africa, needs some help to repair the meditation room that is used to bring benefit and peace to the rural communities and everyone who comes through. Senzokuhle CBO Network was founded by Patti Joshua and a group of local leaders in the 1990's to bring broad based community development to all areas in and around the Eshowe area. Since the tragic passing of Patti Joshua in 2016, her family has been trying to support the efforts of maintaining her dream of bringing peace to rural KZN.

In the last few years of her life, on request from the communities she served, she focused on sharing the teachings of Kadampa Buddhism and integrating them into the goals of the Eshowe CBO. Her dream was to let the teachings of meditation and inner peace be available for all those who have a wish to connect with it, regardless of their religion, social status or their financial situation.

Any donations received will go towards the maintenance and sustainability of the non-profit organisation focusing on their meditation room programme.
