Hello,
my name is Patrizia and I live in Austria. I have a god child named Naima and she lives on the Dominican Republic . I became her god mum during my working time in the Caribbean. I started now a fundraising campaign as Naima needs urgent a medical treatment/operation on her heart. She has a congenital heart defect. The costs for that operation and accommodation for her parents close to the hospital costs EUR 4000 .
