Medication fund

Hello,
I am 38 yrs and have been diagnosed with bi polar. I was being treated for diabetes and general anxiety disorder for 12 yrs prior to being correctly diagnosed.
This has led to me being unable to get medical insurance and a monthly bill of $1,000 US dollars in medical expenses.
This has brought stress on my family as it affects the paying of our mortgage etc.
Find anyone would be willing to help fund one year of my medical expenses I would be most grateful.
