Medication and Nutritional Support for my Mom

She is my mom Ermina Rasay Asuncion. Early 2017 a tumor was discovered on her brain, it was already too late when we found out and doctors gave her 1 month to live, they said tumor was too big already and if they try to removed it the chances were too small for her to go back to her normal state. At the time of the discovery she was already having seizures, she's having a hard time standing on her own, she became partially blind and we're basically bed ridden but she can still talk with us. We already lost our hope, we brought her home and decided to just enjoy the rest of her days with us, her family, relatives and friends. But we were surprised one day that she was able to walk on her own again, she was able to do activities of daily living on her own with assistance and she made it all the way up to the present we thought maybe the tumor was miraculously gone. we brought her back to her doctor and she was even surprised to see her, she had her MRI and to our disappointment it's still there, growing slowly. Everyday everything's changing, from being partially blind, now she can totally not see, she's back to bed and need to be taken care of, she can't do normal stuff on her own again. She can't talk anymore, she can't even nod when being asked if she needs something, she's just either sleeping or moving restlessly on the bed. She won't eat anymore, we only hydrate her through some drops of water using cottonball. We brought her back to the hospital and the doctor wants put her in the ICU, but we can't afford it. We need to give down payment worth 50,000 Php and daily rate is 35,000 Php. We want to try and bring her to another hospital but we still need financial support. Right now she's back home and we we're only able to give her IV's to keep her hydrated.

She's a loving mother, sister, grandmother, cousin and friend to everyone. Please help my mom, I know she's not the most worthy of your money but a little something will help us to help her to keep on fighting just a little bit longer. A little prayer will be very much appreciated as well.
