Valerieann Foley was trying to take a TransLink SkyTrain to get home when she was violently Assaulted , Unlawfully and aggressively arrested . By a Transit Police Officer. The arresting officer who Assaulted , Harassed and Discriminated Against Ms Foley had charged Ms Foley with assaulting a police officer and Breaking Covid. He then fined her $460 . Ms Foley was in need of medical attention for physical injuries that she acquired during her arrest . All Charges were Dropped against her do to the Footage showing what occurred inside the sky train The Police Officer punched her repeatedly, slammed her against the wall twice , cracked her ribs then Dragged her off of The Skytrain then Hancudfed her to a Railing all because the officer demanded she wear a mask, he would not recognize her medical condition for which she has a medical exemption . Translink had also Seized Ms Foley’s Phone that is her Life Line .
