In December 2011, after struggling with non-stop bleeding that required hospitalization every few months for iron correction, I had a Total Hysterectomy done to save my life. Unfortunately, the doctor who operated on me did not do a good job and left a section on my right side open on the inside - causing my intestine to find it's way "out" (hernia).
It has become bad over the last year due to mobility issues and my Doctors have advised correction to avoid a strangulated hernia. The complications of having to "tie" my tummy just so that I don't pull anything have me limited in any kind of exercise.
My insurance has declined as this is a pre-existing condition and I have nowhere else to turn except to ask for any kind-hearted souls to help me out.
I am an alumni of IU Bloomington and a former Family Housing Senator in IUSA - 1986, I am appealing to anyone or all to help me overcome this temporary setback. I have been unable to work and we do not receive any welfare or disability benefits in Kenya.
Thank You. Be blessed.
Ps. My Profile image shows me prior to all my medical troubles. Will you help me get back to this picture of health?
