Campaign Story
Her name is Sarah Jane Banico Fortuna, 29 years old. A loving and responsible daughter and sister.
In April 2018, she was diagnosed with CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE STAGE 5 SECONDARY TO CHRONIC GLOMERULONEPHRITIS which progressed after 4 months. Her creatinine was already high which necessitated a Hemodialysis. She go to dialysis 3 times a week at 4 hours a day for each dialysis run. She had a kidney disease for only 6 months but her Nephrologist / doctor advised her that she needed to undergo a kidney transplant.
With her worsening condition, we are making her situation public in her hopes that we can raise tbe fund needed in her operation.
With limited option, we knew that a kidney transplant is her best chance at a better and longer life. We plead to everyone with a kind and helping heart to please help her through your financial donations. Every single penny would help a lot. Through the intervention of the Almighty God, I know we all can do this.
She really needs help to get through this. You have all our love sis!
