Campaign Story
As some of you may know, from August to September I will be taking part in a 4 week volunteer programme in the small town of Moshi in Tanzania! During these weeks I will be living with fellow healthcare students from around the world, whilst getting involved in a placement scheme in the local hospital, working with patients suffering from a variety of different medical conditions. This will massively aid my studies, being a 2nd year student nurse, as well as open my eyes to the healthcare system in a resource strained country challenged with high rates of maternal mortality, child mortality, HIV/AIDS, pneumonia and malaria.
Any monetary donations will be greatly appreciated to help me make the most of this amazing experience and will go towards accommodation, transport, food and the local hospital
