Medical treatments for my dog survival

I have always wanted a dog..it was A whish I hoped will come true, then at the age of 13 we made it happen, since then I have my loved dog Niki, but things didn't just went along all great, one day, at her first year Niki didn't seem well, 24 hours later after being rushed to hospital, on the edge of dying, but recovering after doctors had managed to discover what made that happen, It been discovered that Niki is suffering from Edison disease, and since then is getting treatment all along her life (with a few complications along the years we've managed to solve), years passed, today she's 10 years old, 10 good years we've managed to get her (it wasn't easy from varies reasons, but we did) and now she's facing a medical issue in her mouth that got complicated even more, and the problem is she might not get out of the surgery, so i want to give her the best shot i can..i want to do that at a hospital and give her best chances of survival. Of she goes out of it alive she'll has a few more good years. The disease doesn't affect her life quality, but it's something that makes the surgery more dangerous and thus needed the hospital to operate all the procces to keep everything on control and give her the best shot, the problem is it takes more money than I could afford..the assumption right now is around 2.5-4K$, it depends on how things will go on the day of surgery.
