Hi everyone! I am trying to raise fund for Abraham's father - he suffered from brain stroke and is in need of immediate medical treatment to restore the blood flow to his brain.

This is an emergency situation for Abraham and his family in Bangladesh. He had already paid 32,000 Bangladeshi Taka which is equivalent to 520 SGD. Currently, he is lacking 9000 Bangladeshi Taka which is equivalent to around 150 SGD. I am trying to raise the funds from $200 to $300 to help ease his financial difficulties during this period of time. He had exhausted all ways of connections and have no other option left.

I first met Abraham through my volunteer work with TWC2 (Transient Workers Count Too) when he was going through salary issues with his employer and was staying at the organization office. He is a jovial and kind-hearted guy - he volunteered to run some miscellaneous errands for the organisation. He mentioned once to me that his dream was to open a school in his country to provide free education for the children.

I hope you can lend a helping hand to Abraham's family. The fund will allow his father to seek the medical treatment he needs and a little help goes a long way! As this is an emergency matter, this donation will be open for 5 days only.

All proceeds will go to Abraham and I will be staying in touch with his situation. Please consider donating, on behalf of Abraham and his family, thank you!
