Medical Treatment

I am a 36 year old mother diagnosed with Celiac Disease 3 years ago. Six months ago I started to experience serious complications including significant weight loss. I stopped seeking treatment because of extenuating circumstances: my son became ill and now faced with E.R. bills. My car had a mechanical breakdown which incurred high costs and presently I will be out of work as of June 1st because the family I'm babysitting for will no longer need my services. I'm a hardworking single mother, with no family, have never asked for financial help until now. My health complications need immediate attention.
